Today

Recovery logic is driven by the 80-pitch baseline from the prior day.

Today
Recovery rule: After an outing of 60+ pitches, the next 3 days standardize as Recovery Day 1 (no throw), Recovery Day 2 (mobility + light catch), Light Return (flat-ground only). 80+ pitches escalates to a full 3-day shutdown of mound work.

    Log today

Pitch counts logged here drive the next 3 days of recovery automatically.

60+ pitches triggers a standardized 3-day recovery block. 80+ pitches forces a full Mon/Tue/Wed shutdown of mound work tied to that outing as the baseline.
    How the recovery logic works
    • Baseline: The most recent pitching outing (date + pitch count) becomes the recovery anchor.
    • Day +1 (Mon after 5/24): Recovery Day 1 — no throwing. Walk, mobility, bands, full meals.
    • Day +2 (Tue): Recovery Day 2 — mobility, light cuff, easy catch only if soreness ≤ 3.
    • Day +3 (Wed): Light Return — flat-ground 20–25 throws max, no mound, no bullpen.
    • Day +4 (Thu) onward: Normal weekly plan resumes if soreness ≤ 3 and sleep ≥ 8 hrs.
    • Team events: SportsEngine games and practices automatically merge into each day card.
